This is only a 1 star as you cant leave 0. I got my mum a voucher last year for Mothers Day. She used it this month as hasnt had the time to before. Booked 2 treatments. On arrival she was told that the main treatment wasnt available. They should have 100% phoned her to explain and given her the option to rebook but didnt. The second was an eyebrow wax which led to a painful burn and blisters across the eyelid. I was shocked and phoned them and left a message. They called my mum back, were dismissive and unapologetic simply blaming her for having older skin. They were clearly referring to it not being burnt but when the skin hasnt been pulled tightly enough. Either way wouldnt have been her fault! Hate leaving bad reviews but have no choice on this occasion. Service: Waxing
