Never actually got to visit the shop as it wasn't open although according to their door sign and the Internet, it should've been. Looks nice from the outside though! Easy to find & has a clear entrance.

PLEASE NOTE NO LONGER LOUISE AND TEAM WHO WERE REALLY GREAT AND HELPFUL OVER THEIR TIME.Yesterday I bought some items including gold coins for an event I was to hold this morning. I have used the shop for many many years. The loose coins you pick up from behind the door and hand o er the counter for the assistants to put in a bag. The assistant was helpful and courteous I could not have wished for better. She handed over the bag which I believed she put all my items into. At the time the owner kept pushing in front of her and interrupting her Flow of the process. That night I founds the bag she had placed the coins into missing. I rang as soon asI could and left my name and number As I had paid for these individual coins and I could be back for the event at 12.30. Despite 2 further calls no one had rung back by 1215 so we put the event back to 4.30 meaning some children' could not attend. 1.15 someone rang me not the manager to say the coins found. I could pick them up. This was in the middle of my lunch at Falshaws ,Farm as I decided to try to find an alternative for the children. I rushed down to collect the coins and asked to speak to the owner who accused me of packing the sweets an d leaving them on the counter. When I put it to him that was Impossible as I had to hand the sweets over to be placed in th e small bags as customers have no access to the bags. He then said he wanted me to leave his shop. I said he showed no regret for his not calling me back earlier all my calls are listed and having to reschedule with some children not being able to attend. I had to drive to Ramsbottom at a time when petrol is expensive due to an error caused by him interrupting the staff whilst serving me. The assistant had put items in a bag which she handed over to me and left the coins in the blue bag as it is possible the striped bag was amongst one of many and may be oneof his customers items. He still insisted I had put the coins in the bag and left the bag behind the. Counter and said he did not want me in his shop I replied I had never met such a reaction from some one who would let children down. I would not want to step into his shop ever again. My advice use the Chocolate Cafe or any of the larger supermarkets where you have almost as large a choice and they cost less. You will have better customer care. Worst customer Service from. Proprietor I have ever experienced actually calling me aliar really shocked by this and not good for a77 year old diabetic.Louise we miss you
