        I feel the need to post this now. In 2016 we looked at a house in Hawkshaw, which was for sale by the above. We put ours on the market with them to make things" easier" .Our house " sold" within 24 hrs and the offer was accepted on the Hawkshaw one. Then we were told there was a " problem" with the mortgage from our buyers, and therefore they would have to let others see the Hawkshaw house. We were then told the next day that cash buyers had bought the Hawkshaw one, and yet the mortgage " problem " was rectified in 24hrs So, we lost the house in Hawkshaw, and we took our house off the market. Disgraceful unprofessional behaviour. Moving on a few years , as cash buyers we recently viewed a property with them, we were not asked for feedback, our opinion or anything. So that house is now sold. Where were the opportunities? Avoid !!!

        Over promised and under delivered. Communication was shocking through out. To top it all off on completion day when it was all going wrong with the solicitors (in my solicitors words "the worst case she had seen in 33 years) this agent sent me an email threatening legal action over thier payment which I wasn't paying out of the proceeds. I had planned to settle it from seperare monies for personal reasons, this email really wasn't needed and the timing of it was appalling! If I had any fight left in me I wouldn't pay the bill at all!
