5 stars just aren't enough! We walked in on Saturday, without any appointment, in urgent need of a suit for a wedding in less than 2 weeks time! Karon was so helpful, and took the time to make my son feel at ease and helped him to choose his suit. We are delighted with our purchase. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience today while looking for my sons prom suit. They were really helpful and dont push us to any one outfit but gave great advice and a great personal touch and we ended up with a great suit . Very happy . thank you

Bought my wedding suit from Heathcliff. Karon is amazing - friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was she so patient with me but she also made sure that the suit fitted perfectly - there was never any rush or pressure. Best experience I've ever had in any shop. Thank you. I will send pics!

My husband saw a celebrity rock star on TV recently and I noted how he admired his shirt. I was on a mission then, to find out where I could purchase one! I scoured the internet for one, but alas, non in my husbands size or not available. I had almost given up hope of finding one, then up popped Heathcliffes.. and what I couldnt believe was it was in Bury. I got straight on to their website. After some initial problems using the website, I contacted them . The customer service was nothing short of fantastic! Karon rang me to offer help with my order. Technical difficulties sorted , I put my order in and again Karon rang to confirm it had been received. She embodies good old fashioned customer service with a smile she really went above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough of this family business. The range and quality of clothing is excellent. Give Heathcliffes a go, Im sure you will not be disappointed!!
