Help Selling

My penthouse apartment had been on the market for a couple of months and everyone who visited genuinely seemed to like it ..but no offers. I asked Karon at Help Selling to visit & suggest some improvements; by the end of the week the flat was painted, reorganised, tidied and had a few elegant touches added here and there, which transformed the place. Of the next 3 viewings 2 made offers, including one for the full asking price. From no offers to sold subject to contract in 10 days. Can't say that was all down to Help Selling- but I'd certainly say that what Karon did made an incredible difference to the place and that I don't believe the sale was a coincidence.

I sold my home within 3 days of returning it to market after the advice and help given by Help Selling.
