People Matters have really changed our HR for the better. They are on hand to support us all the time. It is really great to have them as part of our organisation, it is as if they are part of the team!

Me and a colleague attended the Leadership Development Program 2023 with Niel. This has had a huge positive impact on our business in such a short time. Niel is knowledgeable and created a great environment within the group which allowed for some fantastic discussion. Definitely recommend this course to anyone at any level of management.

I would highly recommend People Matters HR and especially the Leadership Development Programme. We have seen huge benefits added to our business since attending the programme training. The training itself, delivered by Niel and his team was inspiring and engaging allowing everyone in the group to participate.
