        Visited today 3rd May at approximately 15:45. I rang the bell on the counter and waited patiently for a member of staff to serve. Several minutes later a young girl appeared from behind the scenes to serve me. I politely asked her if the cheese & onion bakes were warm and her reply was quite abrupt. ( Her reply: Do you expect it to be warm! What do you think? Theyve been on the shelf for an hour so theyre not hot if thats what youre asking! . Do you want it or notits up to you!). Manners cost nothing and on this particular visit I walked away with astonishment at this girls bad attitude! AND Despite asking for a cheese and onion bake I ended up with a stone cold sausage and bean melt which I didnt ask for! I asked for a cheese and onion bake. Good job Im not a vegetarian! GREGGS management really need to have a word with her as shes letting your brand down with her bad attitude!

        Literally came in, ordered a cheese and onion pasty, watched a woman walk in from the back (assume she works there but not in uniform) and cough all over the fresh pasties stacked by the side of the oven. No thanks!
