Poor experience on the 367 presented my card for payment as i do on every other public transport only to be told cash only and to get off and get some money out for the next one whilst im shaking and stuttering from hypoglycaemia due to type 1 diabetes, luckily the woman behind sympathised and paid for me, driver was a bigger woman and will be avoiding like plague, what public transport doesng offer card payment options when theres corona and flu about.

Held my 18 year old daughter against her will bus driver refused to open doors and let her off the bus until she threatened to phone her father then had the cheek to ban her off bus because she swore

From the initial booking process to the weekend of our journey, GEM Mini Travel have been really fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. In particular, I have to thank Martyn and Matt. I am the leader of a hiking society and Matt was constantly on call to make sure we were all safe and looked after. Due to the storm this weekend, we had to cut our trip slightly short, which was not a problem for Matt who was very friendly and tolerant of any hiccups that came throughout the weekend caused by the storm. He also played some great tunes on the bus! Martyn has also been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the booking process and I cannot thank him enough for this! THANK YOU!
