        Excellent quality charcuterie. I tried the salami and chorizo. I bought them during my visit to Borough Market in London. It was the best, fatty, fresh and most vibrant cured meat flavor that I have tried .

        Met the lovely lady from Capreolus at RHS Tatton Flower Show and instantly recognised guanciale and then the company name from a Saturday Kitchen mention. She shared their amazing story and we tried some of the incredible products. The selection pack was a great introduction, venison salami is a thing of wonder (ie, I wonder how it disappeared so quickly) and we've just used the guanciale in that SK spaghetti all'Amatriciana recipe. It's amazing how Capreolus balance the native flavour of excellent raw ingredients with a fabulous cure. Heading back to the website to order more...
