        I have a pug she has been with Mcphersons since birth . She had been playing at the park and scratched her eye with some grass . I called after the weekend as it started to look cloudy the vet was very helpful gave me some antibiotics and eye drop . He talked me through the eye exam explained about all the medication and dosage , and didn't make me feel guilty about not taking her sooner ( even though I did) . Then at the reception it was all explained again before I left which was great as I had calmed down by then . We have a follow up in a week so fingers crossed. Great practice really friendly staff who actually care about my pug and her health .
