Kay is a fantastic groomer, my springers always look stunning when they have had their visit. Professional groomer who listens to you requirements & follow your instructions to the letter. Very dedicated lady in our eyes. Couldnt recommend any higher. Great prices great service couldnt ask for more. Cares about the animal customers a great deal & takes pride in her work

I take both my Shih Tzus here and am always more than happy when I collect them! Kay has loads of experience and an amazing way with dogs but more importantly she loves what she does & is the most caring groomer I have ever come across

It has taken me a while to write this review as I still have not got over it. How can a professional groomer think this is an ok cut for a Pomeranian? My instructions were tidy him up, but leave the mane and the tail. Can you imagine if I hadn't said that.?He would probably have ended up bald. It was embarrassing taking him out for a walk. I have added a before and after pic.

Friendly, knowledgeable and the welfare of the dog always comes first. Kay's knowledge of dogs is brilliant. Always willing to help with anything. Gives training tips, help and advice for reactive dogs and anything doggy related. Our dog always comes home happy. He's excited to see Kay too. He can't wait to get out of the car to get inside. Reasonably priced. Perfect.
