June 2017,, After seeing my mum the day before with my daughter,I went again the day with my son I was crying buckets, as I realised that this was the last time I would ever see her. I was devastated all over again, they were so kind, letting me sit a while and supplying tissues till I got myself calm enough to drive home. Which was short lived as when I switched the ignition on, the radio began to play One Last Time by Ariana Grande

I am posting this on behalf of my father. The funeral of my grandfather, his father, was dealt with by Lymns. Unfortunately due to a family disagreement, my father had no say in the proceedings for the day as he wasnt the client. Whilst I appreciate funeral directors are not there to get involved in family disputes, my father was executor of the will so should have had some input. Despite all of this, the one thing he wanted was some of his fathers ashes. This was promised to him by David, however upon phoning this morning, my dad was told all of the ashes had been collected. So two pots were NOT made available as requested and promised. This was the only thing he wanted due to the funeral being ruined by family members, and Lymns failed to deliver on this. He is heartbroken. Will never use Lymns in future or recommend them. Do not promise on things you cannot deliver. People are grieving, dealing with the loss of loved ones and I would expect better from a company where this is your day to day business.

Thank you so much to AW Lymns Rainworth. We were treated with respect and empathy from the moment we walked in to the funeral house following my Mums passing. Our options were clearly explained with no hard sell and our wishes were carried out all the way through. Thank you for constantly keeping us informed. A**** service, professional and caring. Sadly not the first funeral we've had to sort but definitely the best treatment we've had.

A W Lymn's (Rainworth) did brilliant job at helping me and my sister give our father the nice send off he deserved. David our funeral director sat down with me and my sister and explained anything we wondered. He helped us plan every detail for the day and wasn't pushing for bigger and better sales. The celebrate A W Lymn's use was also brilliant and would tweak the eulogy as many times as we needed to get it perfect for us. The service went very smoothly, exactly on time and the flowers we ordered from the brochure looked beautiful. The day was as nice as a funeral can be and we had nice comments that we had given Dad a nice send off I would highly recommend
