Everlasting Flowers

Ordered flowers for my wedding on the 4th May stating I need them for 10th June. She agreed..... No correspondence, no tracking information despite me calling, leaving messages, emailing. They arrived on the 11th. Total waste of 174.00. Absolutely do not recommend this service. Shambles. Only after starting a dispute via PayPal did she respond with the tracking information. Too little too late. Oh and the delivery turned up after I raised the dispute. Immoral.

Unbelievable that we didn't receive the wreath until after the funeral had taken place, so was too late to be of any use!! Though contacted her and she assured us it had already been posted, but judging by the postal stamps it wasn't until the day we had chased it up and consequently was too late. Though the wreath is quite beautifully made , we were a little disappointed that the oasis around the sides was uncovered so came off easily as was unpacked. Won't be using again as obviously can't keep to promised timescales!!

Lack of communication and took far longer than initially promised. Was told dispatched on a Tuesday and will be delivered by Saturday, which it was. However, the box has a Next Day Delivery which means it was dispatched on the Friday for Saturday delivery!?!? Which makes the seller to be a liar!!! Going back to the lack of communication issues. We werent even contacted after the delivery to see if we were happy with what was delivered? The flowers simply arent worth the 50 asking price.

Ordered several items over a number of months, flowers, wreaths and a tutu. Every one of them was packaged carefully, arrived in perfect condition and made to the highest standard. Have recommended to friends and family. Pleasure to do business with.
