        We visited the leg ulcers clinic ,the staff there Rachel and heather do an amazing job there .nothing is too much trouble, very professional and friendly people they are a massive asset to the company

        Poor customer service and staff who hang up on you deliberately! Very unimpressed today. Trying to sort a prescription that was sent to Bristol Boots to whom I cannot contact and get through by phone to request redirection. Am told surgery cannot help me to keep ringing Boots. Really!!! I can hardly just pop into Bristol in person! What a stupid system. What rude staff on reception at Rainworth surgerys. Very unhappy .
