3rd visit for de-shedding of my border collies. Both looked lovely, but within 3 days both developed scabs all down their spines, with one also scratches and scabs around his neck and chest. Reported to the owner to understand why, and initially told could be shampoo. Rubbish! Obviously excessive force was used. Sent pictures and promised explaination - nothing ever received back. Disrespectful to me, and poor treatment of my dogs. NOT RECOMMENDED
