I reached out to Paul at control and change after experiencing some issues with driving over the sheppey bridge and general anxiety around driving and heights that was begging to affect my day to day life. I went into the process thinking well Ive tried everything else I might aswell give this a try but genuinely thinking I was beyond help but then after just one session something amazing happened, I drove over to sheppey and have done every week now for some time and the process has helped with my fear of heights and general anxiety life brings The process works and has been a massive help and I thank Paul for his help

I immediately clicked with him whilst having an initial telephone conversation and decided to go ahead and book face to face sessions. My sessions with Paul over the past few years have improved my quality of life substantially. He has always remained a constant support to my journey through life and I truly feel he genuinely cares. Paul has helped me to navigate my own mind and have a healthy relationship with my subconscious mind. At first glance this seems like a strange concept but within the first session I began to understand how my mind actually works. He has helped me overcome many mental hurdles holding me back in life such as social anxiety and negative thought habits. Restructuring the way my subconscious works to help me live a happy and worry free life and also teaching me how to deal with these hurdles myself post Pauls sessions. I would recommend anyone to Paul who wants to take back control over there own mind and be the captain of their ship.
