        Lovely shop, full of nice goodies, from baguettes,sandwiches, hot toasties and cakes, doughnuts. All in all a lovely place to buy food.

        Ordered a chicken bake and got a steak bake, thankfully I noticed the pattern and confirmed before I ate it. I dont eat beef for religious reasons, I didnt have the time or energy to give them a piece of my mind but this was an unacceptable error. You cant make errors like this in the food industry, if it was about an allergen this could have been way more serious.

        Too many piled high they are selling them cold. Ensure you ask for a hot one. Update. Asked for a HOT one and was told we are not a warming station, you have them as they come. Won't use them again. Bad attitude.
