STAY CLEAR TOTAL ROUGE TRADERS Total crooks. Sold us a car that 6 weeks later the engine blew up while we were on the motor way with our kids in the car. Told us that they will rebuild the engine as refused to give us a refund and we had an 18 month warranty. 4 months later and still no car, mazda have run a report on the car which we managed to obtain proving the car was unsafe and dangerous, they hadn't rebuilt the engine and were just trying to be as dodgy as they could to get away with giving the car back to us. After receiving this report we demanded a full refund, to which they still are refusing. Stay well clear! We are reporting these to trading standards and taking them to court for our money back.

Company does not do card payments. They arranged for a convenience store 15 mins away to take the card payment - this was discussed prior to travelling up there and all was confirmed. After a 2 hour journey there, we was advised they can only take 2 grand per day and the car was almost 9 so was advised can come up each day to do the payment so could put several grand through a random machine that had no ties to this company and no confirmation of definitelt receiving the car. Was then taken to a car with someone else in it who was extremely rude telling me he could transfer 8 grand in one transaction to an account and pulling faces at me whilst i explained my bank could not do that. besides i was paying credit card anyway. I didnt like the way the last man spoke to me as though I was the issue when I had travelled hours to be told transaction couldnt be made. then had to make several calls to receive my deposit back. I was not happy with the younger man that spoke to me as though I was a liar. I have bought several cars before and utterly disappointed at the service of this company.
