        Love Mjs fitness great atmosphere staff so friendly and helpful very reasonably priced feel so comfortable there not like a normal gym and no need for a membership

        I had a hysterectomy back in 2019 closely followed by a shoulder rotator cuff repair surgery in November of the same year. Ive since struggled with my weight and the menopause and sometimes motivation but I started boxing with Ria in July of this year and Natalie and Martin have guided me with my eating habits and Ive also sampled the food prepared by Martin which you can also buy which is lovely! I can honestly say this is the best Ive felt in a long long time! Im now losing weight gradually and sensibly and Im loving the boxing sessions with Ria, no two sessions are the same! I would definitely recommend. It sounds cliche but such a lovely family atmosphere and a genuinely happy place!
