Terrible customer service, lacking attention to detail. I complained to them and they've not even bothered to call me back and follow up. I've used them twice as I was satisfied the first time round and like to be a loyal customer but never again!

I really appreciated the helpful and friendly advice I received recently when looking at all the options for updating and refurbishing a family grave. Once the decision was made as to what was required, the work carried out was superb as it completely transformed the memorial, returning it once again, to be a fitting place of rest. Thank you.
