This is my second experince at dealing with Patterson Hawthorn, the first was with the selling of my Mothers property which went very smoothly and the entire team was very professional from start to finish which is why I chose them again. My second was selling our own property which was not as straight forward as my previous experience and has taken some months to complete. This was basically due to our initial buyer not really being fully interested or commited in buying the property and then Liz Truss throwing in her economic hand greande into the UK's financial market. Our house eventually sold at a little less than the asking price and throughout the process David Howe and the team have supported us and assisted us all the way. I would highly recommend Patterson Hawthorn to anyone buying or selling a home, just hope that you have luck on your side with your process which is a big part of buying and selling a home.
