Have hope the public be careful when shipping with this company my experience after shipping two pallets with two machines and parts taken off one of the machine was on the pallet. Daniel is the guy who took the measurements and charge 1200 pounds to ship my stuff to Kingston Jamaica. On arrival at the Jamaica wharf partsfrom one of the machine was missing until now can get any information to me the guy Daniel was all about the money nothing more acted more like a scrammer. Am still waiting to hear what next cause the machine can't work without that parts and the scrammer not contacting me regards to but but? The service was unacceptable very bad service trust my words?? The guy Daniel charge more money on the measurements have send him yet he not even saw the goods he was shipping ??

Very bad experience. Ordered an empty barrel and on the day of collection the truck driver collected 115 for shipping and 48 for the barrel when time to collect the barrel they saying money outstanding why the barrel is held up. I was so surprised the truck driver only took the money but never gave a receipt so its safe to say that money disappeared with out a trace!!! so now i have to pay x2 which is so unfair and very dishonest. Very unpleaslant experience and ive been calling serveral times and all they say is a manager will be in touch with me

Telephone staff very rude, cancelled my shipping as I complained about staff taking my details and not picking up the barrel. It seems that they have reached the stratosphere.
