Bobs cash for clothes are they real company four times I have rang and booked for them to come four times they have not turned up or been in touch on Friday while I was in the hospital. They rang me to say they could be around within two hours I said Im sorry but Im not in today Im at the hospital so they asked would I book it for the following Friday which I said yes and did they turn up now so I rang them and they turned around and said they dont collect in my area. They are the worst ever if theyre real

Absolutely useless. Never showed up on 3 separate occasions when I had booked and didnt even get in touch to say they werent coming. Dont bother

Absolute cowboys, arrange booking two weeks ago. Called to confirm in the morning wht ETA the driver will be here between the times to 15:00-17:00 . Didn't bother showing rang them at 17:00, told me the driver will be here at 17:45. Rang lucky back, told me he will call the driver and ring me back in 5mins. But I guess it was a ploy as they close at 6:00pm. Rang them back , guess they are just time wasters spent my afternoon wasted and we are a charity not good enough, to leave us hanging and non communicate or giving the false information. Please avoid the un organised company

DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS!! they don't show up and will call and email you every month if you give your details even when you tell them to stop, they've been harassing me for a year now I gave them 3 chances to collect clothes but they never showed up and they've been harassing me since then a for a year now and still ongoing They call from various numbers so blocking doesn't help

11 bags of clothes for 30 and paid 15 out of that money for their congestion charge apalling. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN I HAVE MORE STUFF BUT WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE
