The Glass House

Used this firm in the past and found their service to be of a high standard. When windows replaced any damage was repaired and not visible. The team are friendly and fast along with very reasonable pricing. I will be using again in the near future as have a couple of windows to replace.

rubbish work ,poor installers very bad customer satisfaction. dont touch with bargepole.. once they got your money they wont honour guarantee . scumbags

From the glass house, In response to the above review from a "Sarah Smith" , we have no customers on record with this name, and are unsure if it would be another company possibly trying to sabotage our good name, However if Sarah Smith is in fact a customer of ours, maybe using an alias, could you please either give us a call or respond to this message as we have found it quite hurtful and unnecessarily damaging to our companies reputation, The Glass House has been operating for 13 years and has built up an excellent reputation in Rainham and its surrounding areas, during the last 3 years we have received 100% customer feedback for every job fitted (in the hundreds) so you as you can probably understand we find the above accusations quite strange and certainly offensive , Thank you for reading Ross Billings
