Usually I don't make such a fuss, but Tilda has a abysmal customer support - bought a pack with ominous musty smell, asked customer service (twice) if it is possibly either a "bad batch" or a "fake" (food/brand adultery is nothing new). Got feedback "We do have a dedicated team based in Germany who will be able to help, may I have your permission to forward your details ...". Sent "OK" feedback but heard from them no more (despite asking a second time and getting the same reply).
Result: no customer support on dubious quality - equals- no customer! Will never buy Tilda again ...
PS: disposed the pack but kept some for futher investigation by food & health regulations
