moved surgeries after I became unhappy with my previous one after a change of staff - very polite & helpful team with sympathetic doctors who actually listen to you and show concern, happy I moved to this surgery

Poor always been hard to contact .since new doctors have taken over service gone down hill even further .don't bother trying to see a doctor face to face and they will take 2 weeks for a doctor to phone you.

I've needed around three appointments I. The past year - each of These I've had to wait for up to three weeks just for a telephone call back. I deal with mental health and instead of ever booking me in to see my GP the receptionist try fobbing Me off with a local number to call even though I'm desperate to see a GP. Rude staff very rude staff not impressed will be changing this over and putting in a complaint as to the way they've dealt with my mental health or The lack of dealing With it!!

I understand fully the NHS is under wraps. But! I had to wait for 4 weeks for a phone call to be able to speak with someone regarding my issue. I finally waited all that time to speak with a nurse, Nurse Tettey I believe was on the phone. As soon as I answered the phone, the nurse before i even spoke! straight away told me the queue is very long?. I asked her I haven't even spoke to you about my issues yet, I haven't even had the chance to explain myself. I was then listening to her about her issues!? she told me "you don't know my story, I might be waiting too" I was shocked how i ended up waiting 4 weeks and then listened to the nurse about her issues... I came off the phone with no movement of my issues what so ever, no more appointments. Wasted time.
