Rainham Bus Garage

Had to go and fetch my wallet from there, thank you the driver that found it and to the staff on reception

Unhelpful unnecessary behaviour in both bus garages last night. I lost my phone on the 365 and went to the local bus station at about 9:30pm. I was told the 365 did not run from there i should contact Rainham. I asked the controller if he could phone Rainham for me and explain the situation, he refused for no reason at all. I then asked for the phone number of Rainham garage and he grudgingly gave it to me. I tried to call Rainham the answer message said they were closed So I drove to Rainham . When I got inside and spoke to the controller he said he was closed and that I should not be there as it was illegal. I explain the gates were open be agreed. I asked could he take a message for me as the bus driver concerned and the bus would not finish till 2 a.m.. he refused and said call in the morning at 8 a.m. On both occasions bus driver who heard what was going on were very kind and encouraging, to us one showed us the way out. I have no idea why these sort of people retain a job they are obnoxious, unhelpful. they can't even be a professional or courteous with the public. Really sad an unnecessary. Ps I called Rainham at 5:10 in the afternoon, the phone message said it was closed then the message said they were open between 8 a.m. and 6pm
