        Ordered smokeless coal got no reply to any e-mails no answer to the phone it's been over 2 months now no refund no way of getting a refund as getting no contact. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

        Hey . Oder some stuff for pegions . I dont get my parcel its nearly 3 months . They keep saying they gonna refund my money back its 3 month I dont get my money and I even dont get my parcel . Now they are not answering my call and no reply .

        ordered 2 pallets of shavings on the 11th october to be delivered after many promises they have not shown drove to this yard and no one was there or no shavings AVOID

        Ordered some pigeon food months ago and patiently waited 2 months for delivery. Decide to ring to enquire when my delivery would arrive since the money was taken on ordering. Male who answered the phone said he had been off work because of spending time with baby !. I have chased up for a return of the money with an email and received absolutely no response or return of the money. DO NOT ASSUME YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Will withdraw this poor rating should I ever receive a refund, but not holding my breath.
