        Rang for a quote and a gentleman came out the following day, said we'd get the quote either that day or the next via email. No quote came and after a few days rang again, and again told the quote would come shortly via email. No email arrived so rang back again only to be told that the lady that was dealing with us is in a meeting but will definitely ring that day. No phone call and no email. Think this firm doesn't want any work
