        Booked a clean very quick to get to mine and the chap was very polite on the phone, everything else was rotten, it was 20 minutes worth of cleaning done if that and I got charged for two hrs??? Phoned and complained but his only resolve was to let the lady come back who failed at the the task the first time round, who would let that person back in there home, not me! No compensation offered. The person did not dust, clean the fridge, clean the bathroom properly or the kitchen and the milk I messed on the table that morning and forgot to clean was still there after she had cleaned my flat or not in this case. All the things she didn't do are the things I asked to be done. Seriously wasting your money asking for this company to come out and they ruin it for the other decent cleaning companies out there who do a good job.
