Very disappointing. Having been promised a cleaner once a fortnight, the cleaner who finally came(a week later than originally booked) changed the time of the visit due to childcare problems, arriving at a time when I had to go out. She could not operate any of my equipment and I ended up having to help her and finish off the cleaning. The manager did not bother to check, do a pre-visit or follow up with the promised fortnightly clean. When I questioned the standard of service for the price, the manager was bullish in response and sent me an e mail in which the cleaner said I was disorganised and the house was a tip!!(Not true, extremely rude and irrelevant to the professionalism of the business). When I pointed out that customer service skills were wanting, I received a barrage of self justificatory and frankly rude emails. And they expected me to pay 54!! Really?? Service: Standard cleaning

Unfortunately, I didnt have a good experience with this company. Within less than a year time, I have been changed cleaner 4 times. All of them were quite unreliable, didnt show up regularly and some worked shorter hours than they were paid for.

From the first moment you call, Kevin is a joy to deal with. He is professional, courteous, and very helpful. He has provided two separate staff members, both of whom provided a very high standard of service, while being respectful of my property, as well as being extremely pleasant, and professional. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

The Dynamic Duo who make a difference Perri & Morgan as a pair are pretty unbeatable. They've established a routine and cheerfully work their way through it at a fair old pace every week, amending it willingly if I have any special requests. They are up against the challenges of a pretty big back-log in a heavy smoker's house with two dogs but, over time, I have no doubt my home will be unrecognisably clean. Cheerful, kind and polite, they have accepted new cleaning products (a need arising from my niece's allergies) with enthusiasm. I am usually exhausted by the time their hour's up and I've only been watching them work!
