Complete rip off took my payment does not reply to phone calls or emails worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with cant even get them to send refund buyers beware.

Ordered goods to the value of 65 on the 2nd of October 2022 and still not delivered on the 13th. Called twice and spoke to Mike who gave the excuses that PayPal not paying him and can't access bank account to check if payments have been made. He advised (along with lots of unwarranted swearing!!) that he will not send goods paid for until he resolves his issues i.e. money owed by PayPal and access to his bank account. I won't hold my breath! Not sending goods to people appears to go back to at least February this year (see other recent reviews). So, I don't think I'll ever get the parts I purchased! Will speak to bank to try and get money back. Business shouldn't be taking orders if it can't/won't supply the goods. Be very careful!!

Ordered triumph tool, never arrived. Sent email, got a reply that item was not in stock. Waited a few weeks more then canceled the order, no reply. Paypal gave me my money back after opening a dispute.

The worst shopping I have ever experienced...anywhere. I ordered a hydraulic pipe for my Triumph.(Feb 2022) Nothing arrived after a week so I sent an email which received no response, another mail and I got a reply telling me that his power lines had been down in the recent storm, but that he didn't have the part, nor was he likely to get it in the future. He agreed to a Paypal refund which hadn't arrived after a couple of weeks so I rang him and rather nobly asked that he could supply other parts to the same value (gaskets etc). He agreed to this but after another couple of weeks nothing had arrived.I rang again and he told me that he was having a problem with his Sky internet and again agreed to refund me the 18.03 via Paypal as soon as he was up and running again. Four months down the line and I receive no answer to my mails, nor any refund.

I think their automated email system must be broken as I never got a confirmation of shipping (checked my spam folder). After a week or so I followed up and got a prompt reply that the item has been shipped. A few weeks later when the item had not arrived I politely asked if there is a tracking number: no reply. Couple of weeks later asked again if there is a tracking number: no reply. Living on the other side of the world a tracking number would be useful to see where it has got stuck, but if there is no tracking number then I would have appreciated a reply admitting that.
