Herts Cars Radlett

We have used Herts Cars at various times each year since moving to Borehamwood in 2010. We have always found their prices to be reasonable and the drivers helpful, safe and efficient. Booking by phone has always been easy although the app we find rather awkward to navigate. I particularly want to mention Sajid the driver I had earlier in the week as he really did go above and beyond; very helpful and found the most efficient and cost effective route and also arranged to collect me at the end of the evening even though it was near his clocking off time. I have also had the pleasure of driver Frank on many occasions and always found him to be a fantastic driver.

They used to be good, but have gone downhill fast. They are now very rude, and have forgotten that paying customers you should not be rude to and try to make out you're right when clearly you're in the wrong. and have caused my neighbour problems too by being late every day. I would no longer recommend them anymore.

Very poor service by the company and very rude driver. The car arrived an hour and 15 minutes late and the driver expected me to go to a higher level in the car park rather than bringing the car to me. The price quoted on the App was 41 but charged 55 without any apology for being late or charging so much more without quoting properly to start. I shall not be using this company ever again. They have no respect or regard for their customers.
