I have been using Onboard now for just over a month. It has taken a non techie person like myself a couple of attempts to get to grips with what the software does. It is basically AMAZING! I now don't have to log into different social media sites to track engagement, post or get reviews. It can all be done through Onboard. One platform to post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, track engagement and ask for reviews and be able to respond to the reviews immediately ensuring that all my customers are always appreciated. 5stars+

Getting 'ONboard' has been a real eye-opener as to the power of reviews. Previously, it's been a bit of a nightmare sending emails with requests to review us on Google and Facebook but that all changed last month. The platform is easy to configure and super easy to send and track review requests and even reply to them from within your portal. No more jumping between browser windows to try and stay on track. This bundled with information about your website through the Google Analytics integration and social platforms makes it a great tool for our business.
