We have used Grant and Glass as a family for many years because their customer care is exemplary. Richard and his team really look after us and nothing is too much trouble. Certainly Radlett's premier opticians.

Just called to make an appointment for my daughter who is 17 and she is in a full time education and entitled to have NHS appointment. A lady called Sania answered the phone, extremely unhelpful and tried to say that we dont have NHS appointment till 17th Nov. but within schools time. She just tried to push me in the corner to accept the private appointment. Absolutely cheeky.

Great team that really look after you. And about 3 years ago I ended up in Oxford having left both my contacts and glasses at home, they called around local opticians to find one with the contacts I needed in stock so I didnt have to travel home for them. Amazing service and I will always use them.

Took nearly 2 weeks to get the glasses for my son. The front desk people are extremely unhelpful. When we went there there were 3 girls at the front desk reception chatting between themselves and nobody came to assist us. When i had to pick up the glasses I was asked o sit down, just to wait for another person to just hand me the glasses.
