Trevor was great to do business with, helpful in every way and also from Wendell and his colleague in their work with both attention to detail and high quality on our bathroom, along with advice on certain aspects, also a pleasure to have around and cleaning up at end of each day. We have purchased two fitted bathrooms from this company over the years and have been delighted with the service and end product. What is more amazing is that when ever i need a replacement part (the bathrooms where installed many years ago) they can always help me, know exactly what I need and refer me to the dealer who can sell the part to me. Exceptional products but what makes them so good is the exceptional customer service.

we had trevor help us design our cloakroom,family bathroom and two ensuites-these were installed with superb attention to detail by slavak and his team under trevor's always watchful eye!all this was done over ten years ago-we sold the house earlier this year and without fail all the estate agents who came to value the house and all the prospective buyers asked us if the cloakroom/bathrooms had "just been done"! now if that isnt a testament to the quality of work at RPB i dont know what is! ps before we went ahead trevor was more than happy to take us to see his previous work and to speak with his previous customers
