its been a while since i have been into Classic Framing. I arrived to collect my 3 items, ready on the due date, but was disappointed with the framing due to a misunderstanding - i clearly didn't explain myself when agreeing the framing. I told the lovely proprietor I wasn't happy with 2 of the 3 items and he suggested I should take them home to look at them in situ and if I was still unhappy i should bring them back on the promise (which generally means very little) that they would look after me if i wanted the framing changed. I was completely flabbergasted, having agreed to reframe 2 items and mounts in there entirety the lovely couple (with a very cute and friendly dog) informed me they would not charge me to reframe them..... i tried to insist they take something or at least cover any additional costs, but they refused point blank - they want me to be happy with the end result and will get some money back from using the parts elsewhere ......wow i am totally blown away what a fabulous local company - Radlett and surrounding areas you'd be crazy to go anywhere else
