Crown Aupairs

We just moved from another country back to the UK with a 2 year old and was starting a new job around New Years. We were dealing with Au Pair restrictions due to COVID and Brexit and Alison Crown found us an absolute angel! She checked her DBS, references and CPR certification. She found us a young lady with experience dealing with special needs children as our son has Autism. Our Au Pair was able to start with us on the date we needed her. Alison helped us iron out the details and was very responsive via, text, email and phone. She understood we were going through a stressful time and really came through. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I had problems submitting my application on her website.

I was looking for a live in nanny position for months before i found crown au pairs! Alison was great, she was very determined to find me the perfect family and within a day of speaking to Alison, I had already spoken to a family, the next day I had an interview with them and then I was told a start date. I started two weeks after my FaceTime call with the family, Crown au pairs made sure to call me and check if i was okay with everything and if i needed anything before my start. I received tips on how to be the best au pair which was very helpful as im getting along ever so good with the family I am now living with and its all thanks to Alison. If your looking for someone who will go above and beyond then crown au pairs is for you.
