Open Estates provided a first class service in the pricing, marketing and sale of our house in the context of a short but difficult chain which finally came to fruition after many months of negotiation. A successful outcome owed a great deal to the personal attention from a friendly and skilled negotiator backed up by strong commitment from senior management and excellent inter personal and communication skills. After just completing on my house sale and purchase through open estates, Id only ever use them as my property agents. They also sold a flat of mine approximately six years ago and still didnt let me down this time around. Laurie, Jon, Simon and Matt are all amazing at their jobs and know exactly what theyre doing when it comes to getting things done. They all have the experience, expertise and knowledge of the industry to ensure a transaction goes as smoothly as possible, with also making sure a fair price is achieved. Laurie and Jon went above and beyond, working extremely hard leaving no stone unturned for me, providing professional wisdom and also emotional support when times became extremely stressful. They were always at the end of a phone or a message away for advice or help. I knew I could rely on them to help me through the process of selling, as well as buying a new property. Not only that, they managed to source a lovely flat on a short tenancy for me whilst I undertake refurbishments on the property Ive purchased through them. Ive always be forever grateful for everything theyve done to finally get me to this current position. Theyre not just estates agents, but genuinely care for their clients and most importantly their well-being through what can be an emotional time. Ill only ever be using them as agents in the future.

I cannot thank Laurie and Jonathan enough for making the purchase of my new home which was very stressful come to fruition.
