I had to evict a rogue tenant who combined antisocial behaviour with rents arrears. I first contacted a very big specialist Firm of Lawyers (that will remain nameless)and my experience was dreadful: they never returned phone calls, very high fees etc. I withdrew my business from them and contacted Landlords lawyer to follow up on the case. I didn't regret it: Landlords lawyer is a smaller Firm with an excellent approach to customers service: they listened, followed up and were reasonable with their fees. Also they advised me correctly on the approach to take with the Tribunal. My main contact there was Elliott, assisted by Joel, paralegal guy. Both very professional and helpful. I am very happy to recommend Landlords lawyer to fellow Landlords, unfortunate enough (like myself) to have to evict a tenant through the legal route!
