Simply amazing hot stone massage. Beautiful massage room which reminded me of any 5* hotel. Heated bed which I love. Great therapist who gave a great massage. On my door step and first time visit, I will be returning.

Sadly I was not able to cash in my gift voucher that a very lovely friend offered me. Only two weeks after expiration. Not very helpful when I offered to pay for an extra half hour. Business are having a hard time. Being more accommodating would have resulted in extremely good customer service and reviews.

I've been going for the last two years with my friend and I've received nothing but an excellent service. The cleanliness of the massage rooms to the showers after a body scrub. I look to go there again real soon!

I was in desperate need for a deep tissue massage and I cannot recommend this place any more. I went this morning and have already told my friends and family how good it was. Tracy was absolutely incredible! She released all the tension in my muscles and made sure all my knots were loosened. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. Best massage I've had by a mile. Thank you Tracy!

I hope their treatments are better than the level of empathy they have. Very disappointed that the owner refused to make an exception in honouring an expensive voucher bought for my 50th birthday, 2 years ago, at a time when I was very ill and unable to use it. Apparently the fact that I nearly died and wasn't think about calling them to extend it in this period wasn't sufficient; "that's what that the terms and conditions say" and clearly that's more important than the clients! Sadly, this isn't really the way to run a small local business.
