        This company does not deserve a single star based on the following experience. I specifically asked for them to call my number when they arrived, because the buzzer doesn't always work, and no sign of a phone call, just the repetitive message of sorry the driver missed you. For an entire week, I had to re-deliver the parcel to an off licence near my ladder that collects my parcel, and DPD claimed that they tried to deliver the parcel but sorry the driver missed you message again. I checked with the off licence and they confirmed that no one from DPD attempted to deliver anything. Then I waited for more than two hours next to my door to see if they would show up, and guess what, no sign of the driver but the same message saying that the driver missed me, before sending it back to the depot.
