        went in on Saturday, expected to leave my bike for a few days, within a couple of hours Archie had looked at it and tested it and sorted it out for me, really happy as bike back and i have peace of mind too, highly recommend the team here!

        I take both my mountain bike and my road bike for servicing and repairs at Giant Radlett (and my kids' bikes). Most recently had to true my a rear wheel and replace a broken spoke. The service is great and the team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful - especially Archie. I would highly recommended for all your biking needs.

        Absolutely recommend. I have tried many cycle stores over the years and always been left wanting. Took a junior apollo bike for issue with hard pedaling. They fixed the front brake and investigated the hard pedaling issue for no charge. Absolutely delighted. Will be returning in future for any bike problems.
