        1 star is too good! I went into this nail salon today with a young lady i support and the woman was very rude, i asked if her nails could be painted, she very rudely said "fully booked", the salon was completely empty and she was watching something on her phone. I then asked if i could book an appointment and she replied, "you have to ring and book", i picked up a card and showed her it says walk-in's welcome, she said again, "fully booked". The whole time she didnt take her eyes off her phone. The man that worked there looked so embarrassed. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
