Would have been no star's, I had brought food yesterday for the too good to go app to get the the shop at the agreed time for collection to find that they had given away the food I had paid for and three other people's food 15 minutes before hand, and your staff then went to the back of the store to not help us, told we would not get our money back, I had just finished working 12 hours day and the other all had young children with them absolutely disgusted with this company

Awful bakers. I ordered through Deliveroo which was advertised to me as a 20 minute wait. An hour and a half later I called Deliveroo and I was told no one in the wenzels had even approved my order. And by the time I got my food ( 2 hours after ordering) it was the worst thing I have ever eaten. Really disappointing
