Our flat roof was unusually large for a private house (40m2) and it was not without its challenges due to previous work on it, but I have to say how pleased we are with the outcome of its replacement. Frank and Chris are clearly very experienced tradesmen and they worked tirelessly (in the current heat wave) to make it a first class job at a very reasonable price. Frank came out very quickly once we called to tell him we had a leak coming from our roof. Came out at a time that suited us, inspected the roof and found a broken tile. Repair was carried out straight away as he came with spares ready to complete the job! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using Raven Roofing for any future roofing work. I contacted Raven roofing for a minor roof repair & a new rubber roof for a summer house. They came out and quoted quickly, their price was very fair compared to several others. They came when they said they would, were very communicative confirming before the day and the installation was done within the time they said. All of the installers were also very polite and friendly. The job was done efficiently and tidily leaving no mess behind. I would thoroughly recommend them and will be doing so. Frank and Chris kindly completed the flat roof to our new orangery. They constructed the upstand for the lantern, OSB boards on the cold roof and finished it with rubber and aluminium flashing along the parapet wall. They were very professional, experienced and polite. There was a leak from the gutter outlet. This was reported to Frank on a Friday evening. He immediately returned the very next morning (Saturday) and fixed it. The aftercare says a lot about a company. The service Frank provided was outstanding and worthy of a five star rating.
