        I asked Select Flooring & Blinds to carry out an install only flooring project in a public area, and whereby during the project found it to a good standard. However, upon completion of the works, a number of very serious issues were quickly identified, mostly due to very poor quality of work. Ian was immediately contacted about this and supplied with photographic images to show the areas of concern. I was happy to agree a convenient time for Select Flooring & Blinds to return and make good, or discuss this further with them, but Ian made no effort to respond to any communication. After countless attempts to contact Ian with no success I had to arrange for the work to be repaired and replaced at my own expense. I received no further communication and Select Flooring & Blinds have refused to liaise with me via any means. It is un-comprehensible that Ian chose to show no professionalism or customer service response to my legitimate concerns and I would hate anyone else to suffer any losses, potential damage to their reputation or incur unnecessary expense, as a result of engaging in good faith with Select Flooring & Blinds as I have.
