Boiler service booked in quickly and completed at start of March 2021. Advised I needed some work doing but did not write down what it was. Chased up the quote 3-4 weeks later for remedial work but no response. Silence for a few months. Started to chase again in August 2021 and had to text/call numerous times before James came back around to remind himself of the work. Chased again for another 2+ weeks with no responses so finally gave up and got someone else to do another service.
