Really awful customer service. Went in four times in a month to pick up a prescription that I was told wasnt in each time. Went into complete withdrawals from medication because of this only to be told on the 4th visit that it had been on the shelf since a month prior. Only excuse given was the other staff didnt look properly, didnt really seem all that bothered that it had happened. Absolutely ridiculous to think that three separate members of staff couldnt check a shelf and so I had to go without my medication for a month. Will be switching to the other pharmacy for the next lot.

I have a relative with various medical issues. This chemist has shown more than a duty of care ringing the family to let us know any changes and has made helpful suggestions in managing our relatives medication. We are so grateful to them. They have gone the extra mile and more.

Only pharmacy locally that is open late & on Sunday's. The lovely pharmacist I saw on Sunday was very helpful & advised the best way I could get an out of hours prescription for my daughter.

Edit: having had a chance to speak to the pharmacist direct I have edited this review because I realise these are hard times for everyone. My personal experience has been that I was told the pharmacy didn't have my prescription until I got the prescriber to phone while I was there and then they did have it. In fairness to the pharmacist he did go out of his way to get the medication they didn't have any stock of. Going in yesterday being completely out of an important medication I was very matter of factly told that they didn't have this medication either and no offer to order it. Having been confronted about my review today I am told that the people I spoke to were trainees however it is worrying that there appears to be little oversight. I wish the pharmacist all the best but I will be changing pharmacy going forward.
