Ian Stewart Osteopath

Lower Back issue, I have suffered on and off for a number of years with a lower back problem and the least silly little thing or movement can set it off, which is exactly what happened this time. I was given Ian Stewarts number by a friend of my husbands so I rang and Ian was able to see me the same day which was excellent, he manipulated my back and taped it for support then a couple of days later I returned and had theraflex treatment he did suggest that I should maybe need a further visit but in fact my back was really good again so cancelled my appointment.

Have been to Ian Stewart 3x with shoulder back and knee issues And now I have no pain in my knees and more flexibility. Ian is very knowledgeable and explains everything as he goes along would highly recommend as he is very professional and experienced. I will be continuing my treatment with Ian. after 20 years of lower back pain some one recommended Ian after the first visit me back was free and supple there was no nasty cracking and bending or neck cracking Ian is very gentle and i have had further treatments that have complimented the freeing of of my back and shoulders i feel like i am 20 year old again no niggling pain any more .Thanks Ian i would recommend you to any one who has problems

Definitely a fixer! As a nurse in my 50s, its important that I see Ian for regular maintenance as Ive hurt myself on more than one occasion due to lack of equipment and/or staff shortages. He also helps me with rehab exercises. Ians helped me immensely when Ive had lower back pain. Hes thorough, knows hes craft well and is also a lovely person. Definitely my first port of call for any back issues. Its also a plus that hes so close to Nottingham and easy accessible.

Seen Ian a couple times now with chronic back pain and also a deep muscle strain in my side. Ian provided effective treatment that offered immediate relief. Ian is very professional, thorough and does his best to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with the treatment. I would definitely recommend!
